We are pleased to announce the launch of our 'Accident Help' iPhone app, which is officialy released today.

We developed this app to assist everyday people in situations of stress and uncertainty. We hope you do not have a need for this app but if you do we trust it will help you during what can be a daunting time.

This app is designed to provide assistance in gathering necessary information at the time of a traffic accident. The app is specifically designed for Australia.

The app is broken down into 8 steps to allow you to methodically gather information with ease. You can collect other vehicle, passenger and witness information, photos of the damage to vehicle and property/items inside the vehicle, as well as accident location, time and date. For convenience you can pre-load your personal, vehicle and insurance information.

Once your report is saved you can email it to any email of your choice and to Trilby Misso Lawyers – Client Care Centre to enquire about your legal rights.

Once a report has been sent through you will hear from the Trilby Misso Lawyers Client Care Centre within 24-48 hours. If Trilby Misso is unable to help you, the dedicated Client Care Team can provide details of who may be able to assist.

Saved reports can be edited at any time, which is useful if you have captured some information at the time of the incident and can insert additional information prior to sending the report.
