Trilby Misso helps Computers 4 Kids

26 June 2009

Queensland Law firm Trilby Misso is donating six new personal computers to the Computers 4 Kids program.

Computers 4 Kids has been run by the Rotary Club of Nundah in Brisbane since 2003. The not-for-profit organisation refurbishes ex-Government and corporate PCs for distribution to disadvantaged students of any age, both locally and overseas.

Trilby Misso CEO Graeme McFadyen said the firm was delighted to assist an organisation that has enabled thousands of disadvantaged young people the opportunity to learn valuable computer skills.

“Trilby Misso is a passionate supporter of the aims of Computers 4 Kids and is appreciative of the team of willing volunteers who help keep the project viable,” Mr McFadyen said.

Computers 4 Kids welcomes donations of personal computers (Pentium 3 or better) in good working order with the original driver disks. The organisation does not refurbish Apple Macs or dot matrix printers.
