Trilby Misso launches Client Service Charter

October 2008 signifies the launch of Trilby Misso’s Client Service Charter – an initiative that is an Australian first for a law firm.

The Client Service Charter sets out promises to clients covering accessibility and responsiveness, keeping clients informed, security and privacy of information and a committed service. If Trilby Misso fails to deliver on any of the 15 promises to current clients, a penalty fee will be paid to the client.

Trilby Misso’s dedication to the local community is also covered in the client service charter by promising to recycle a nominated amount of paper each year, and committing to donating a sum of money to various charitable organisations.
