Meet the team behind Trilby Misso Robina

We spoke with Jaswant Sandhu, the Principal Lawyer who manages our Robina office, to find out more about the team that assists the local community.

The Robina office at The Rocket is a new addition to our presence in Robina. What do you like most about working in the area?

There is something in the air here - people greet one another in the elevator and foyer, everyone has a moment to stop and say hello.

I also like the location – we are very central, right in the middle of Robina. They have truly embraced us as local and we have enjoyed full support of the community.

 

What area of the coast do you service, does it span beyond Robina?
We service the entire Gold Coast.

How do you help clients?
We help people who have suffered through no fault of their own. We assist them throughout what can be a daunting process; we are always here to help them with their needs.

 

How big is your team and what do they do?
At the Robina office we have two lawyers - myself and Paul Jones. We are each assisted by a paralegal, secretaries and administration assistants. We all work together to achieve the best outcome for each and every client.

Tell us about the Local Contact Centre downstairs - is there a cost involved in coming in and who is there to greet visitors?
Vanessa and Jessica are our Client Service Officers in Robina.

There is no appointment necessary to come in to the local contact centre and there is no cost for your initial enquiry. You are under no obligation to proceed with your claim.

What does the Local Contact Centre do for visitors?

Vanessa and Jessica are available to meet and greet visitors to discuss new and existing claims. They can assist with witnessing and certifying documents for the general public and Trilby Misso clients. They also serve as a drop off centre for client documents.
