All of our professional staff are members of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and are encouraged to continually develop their skills and knowledge through attendance at internal and external CLE's. As they are also our team leaders, we have a strong focus on developing management skills as well as technical skills. Our support staff have access to internal and external training programs that enable them to develop their personal and technical skills in order to advance within the firm.
